Dixa's Production is currently located in Denmark. The purpose of the processing is to provide Dixa Services to customers. Dixa Services is a Software as a Service solution for customer services. The services are centered around self-service via a software solution made available to the customers via an internet browser. The software solution includes communication capability with end-users (customers, prospecting customers, etc), via a range of communication channels (email, phone, messenger, chat) a central directory of end-user contact details, and analytics on users' (agents) use of the Dixa Services, and analytics on the customers' data. To provide Dixa Services, personal data is collected, stored, transmitted, recorded, organized, structured, altered, searched, transmitted, combined, erased, redacted.
