Supplementary measures:

DIDWW and Voxbone/Bandwidth: DIDWW and Voxbone/Bandwidth are only subprocessors for Dixa Services when clients purchase numbers through Dixa. Clients can bring their own provider for telephony.

Elevio: Elevio offers options to process data with less data being collected. It processes agents' names and emails. For customer end-users, Elevio may process their personal data in two scenarios: a) if the client uses feedback/CSAT; b) if the client uses support gatekeeper (a feature that tears apart end-user customer requests to find the most relevant sections of articles in your knowledge base and presents them to the customer end-user as suggested help). If these two features are turned off, Elev.io will not process any end-user data. Elevio processing activities will also depend on the clients' usage when drafting the knowledge articles. For example, Elevio will also process any personal data included in the articles, but standard use normally does not entail adding personal data on them.
