DPF (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)
Description

6sense is a member of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension.

Certification details are attached.

Where a recipient of the transfer is not a member of the Data Privacy Framework, 6sense relies on the 2021 SCCs and supplementary measures, which are incorporated in its standard customer and vendor DPA templates. Our supplementary measures as between 6sense and its customers may be viewed in Annex II to the DPA available at https://6sense.com/dpa

EU SCC (Standard contractual clauses)
Description

To establish an adequate level of data protection, 6sense relies on SCCs and supplementary measures. Our supplementary measures may be viewed in the agreed upon DPA. 6sense is a participant in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its UK extension.
