Zenegy has signed data processing agreements with its main sub-processors. They are periodically reviewed to ensure GDPR compliance.

Zenegy conducts audits of its main suppliers by collecting and reviewing their most recent security documentation and certifications such as independent auditor reports where we look at security measures applied by our sub processors in relation to the processing of personal data. Where necessary we conduct risk assessments.

Any changes of sub processors are communicated to our clients as laid out in Zenegy's Data Processing Agreement.
