The basis for Templafy ApS sharing, adding, uploading, hosting, accessing or sending personal data out of Europe. Vendors can also add a description of their own impact assessment for data transfers.

DPF (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)
Description
All of the sub-processors that have processing location in the United States, including the Templafy US entity, are certified under the Data Privacy Framework, making them eligible to the EU Commission’s Adequacy Decision. An exception to this is Skilljar, which is optional and requires active opt-in from the data controller.
EU SCC (Standard contractual clauses)
Description
SCCs are incorporated into all sub-processing agreements.
