When using the data processor’s Services, the following data is processed by the data processor in the Services:

• Accounts: o Usage on platform e.g. logins which incl. IP/Device data

• Users: o Name o Email addresses o Usage on platform e.g. logins which incl. IP/Device data o Phone, profile image o Buying history o Attendance at restaurants o Food preferences o Allergies and dietary restrictions

The data processor provides a platform as described in the partner contract entered between the data processor and the data controller. The data processor's Services are used by the data controller to inform the restaurant with insights that can be used to personalise the guest experience for each guest attending the restaurant.

The users of the Services are employees of the data controller and the guests authorised to use the Services. The guests are usually natural persons.

The data processor receives data from the data controller based on the Superb platform. The data processor then runs a data collection and an analysis. The data processor platform provides a report based on the said data processing by the data processor on behalf of the data controller.
