Grokability states as they only rely upon AWS: 'We don't have a SOC 2 report to offer, but we do have an SOC 3. Because both reports are required to meet the same trust services requirements, the work performed by the auditor during the examination is very similar; however, the primary difference between the SOC 2 and SOC 3 relates to reporting. The SOC 3 can be distributed to any party or parties.'
