Get NEX's full list of data processing locations
Learn how to use Openli to get NEX's data processing location information and all their GDPR and other privacy related information.
What is a data processing location?
The locations show where personal data is processed on behalf of NEX.
Why and how should I assess this?
Considering the many processors and sub-processors a vendor can use, it’s worthwhile to review the processing locations.
If data is processed outside of Europe, there must be a basis for the transfer. Check to ensure that NEX has stated a legal basis for data transfers.
