Considering the many processors and subprocessors a vendor can use, it’s worthwhile to review the processing locations.
If data is processed outside of Europe, there must be a basis for the transfer. Check to ensure that Netgain IT-as-a-Service (ITaaS) has stated a legal basis for data transfers.
