Statement:

'Server logs containing IP addresses - Access logs: Contain requests to our customers' websites and are kept for 32 days. - "Auth" logs: Contain information on logins and attempts to the site's environment (MyKinsta) on our servers and are kept for 96 days. To be clear, these logs do not contain any information or data related to visitors to customer websites, they are only related to activity by Kinsta customers signing into their MyKinsta account.

IP data used in analytics - 32 days + 3 days of backup'

Section 10, DPA:

'Upon proper termination of the Agreement and at the written direction of the Customer, Kinsta shall take reasonable measures to delete Customer Personal Data or return Customer Personal Data and copies thereof to the Customer, subject to applicable laws or other Kinsta obligations requiring the continued storage of the Customer Personal Data by Kinsta.'
