IT GUY’s sub-processors outside the EU, including Microsoft Corporation and Datto, Inc., are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Additionally, IT GUY has established EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with all data sub-processors in third countries to ensure compliance. We conduct an annual review to assess the data privacy and security compliance of all our sub-processors.
