EU SCC (Standard contractual clauses)
Description
The legal data transfer mechanism will be Standard Contractual Clauses entered into by G2 and customers. The legal basis for processing will be for “performance of a contract”.

Description
G2 sub-processors have been evaluated for sufficient level of security for making data transfers, this is done through vendor evaluation and risk assessment. Which is completed for each sub-process by the G2 Security Team.
