Such support includes several value-adds that includes, but is not limited to the following: Program advisory services and benchmarking (leveraged via industry connections/standing, our client base, data and analytics reporting and review, and specific tailored applications based on company preferences and makeup); process optimization; audit and mock-audit requirements and considerations; Tailored country overviews, ongoing trainings, town halls, on-site meetings, comprehensive annual and quarterly business reviews, continued education, customized reporting (self-service or generated by account management team), live overview and Q&A sessions for changes in legislation or new company initiatives that are of particular import/impact to your company, proactive benchmarking for similarly situated companies (current trends, new legislation or any other items of particular interest), research-based resource to assist in determination of optimal new location for office/entity openings. In addition to the above, new value adds are proposed, created and shared/utilized with clients upon need or request. The need for these tailored resources or implementations tend to be discovered at the onboarding phase or during the engagement and are created specifically with individual clients in mind to ensure continued development and improvement as our work together evolves.
