DPF (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework)
Description
Corti Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, including the UK and Swiss Extensions.

EU SCC (Standard contractual clauses)
Description
Corti has implemented EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with all data sub-processors.
Transfer information
Description
All of Corti’s sub-processors are based in the EU, and their U.S. parent companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
Additionally, Corti conducts an annual review of each sub-processor’s data privacy and security compliance.
