Description

Statement: ''The Cookie Information Consent Management Platform (CI CMP) is hosted exclusively in EU-based Microsoft Azure data centers, specifically in the Azure West Europe region in the Netherlands. Besides the decision to host the data in the EU, a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) is not required in this case, as Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This framework provides an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred from the EU to the U.S., thereby fulfilling the requirements of Article 45 of the GDPR concerning international data transfers.''

Statement: “The data processor has instructed the sub processor set out in Appendix B.1 (Microsoft) to only process data within the EU/EEA. The data processor cannot entirely exclude that in some instances the sub processor may access data from the US for business continuity and support purposes and where required to do so by law enforcement authorities. To the extent such access is deemed to be instructed transfers the data controller acknowledge to have instructed the data processor to allow for such transfer.''
