ControlUp DEX – Digital Employee Experience (DEX) is our management platform provides a holistic approach to managing and monitoring controlled devices, unified communications, virtual desktop infrastructure and synthetic monitoring. The hosted web app enables IT admins to find and remediate issues quickly enabling their employees to improve user experience while working from anywhere. Real-Time – a Console desktop app used by IT administrators for real-time management and monitoring of DaaS, virtual and cloud server environments. The console is responsible for distributing ControlUp agents to the managed computers and offers a UI that enables admins to configure hypervisor connections and monitoring services. The console maintains communication with the relevant managed computers and Hypervisors and displays real-time performance data to the sys-admin. In addition, there is a feature of Remote DX in the console that allows proactive monitor metrics of virtual machines. The console is also responsible for communicating with ControlUp back-end servers for various operations, and allows for quick identification of performance issues, drilling down to find the root cause within seconds and acting to troubleshoot any issue using built in management actions and scripts. Solve – a SaaS application encapsulated by DEX bringing the real-time monitoring and analysis in a hosted web application. Scoutbees – ControlUp Scoutbees monitors the availability and health customer's EUC published resources and various network services (such as HTTP/S, DNS, Ping, etc.) and notifies the customers in advance about any issue in the availability or responsiveness of these resources and services. Edge DX – a SaaS application encapsulated by DEX designed for monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting physical endpoints. The platform offers insights into active processes, installed applications and device events. Preconfigured reports cover devices, applications, processes, and performance, with the ability to generate custom reports. Secure DX – is an add-on under the Edge DX app that provides vulnerability scanning, misconfiguration discovery and remediation management (patches). The application is based on data collected and processed by Edge DX agents and enhances the user’s experience with security aspects.
