Mandatory User Information: The Data Processor collects and stores email, name and telephone no. of the Data Controller in order to identify users, secure the validity of contracts and offer our digital signatur with two-step verification.

Optional User Information: The Data Controller is able to inform adress, national ID and job position if they prefer to have these information automatically filled in when creating new templates.

Payment Information: The Data Processor does not process or store any payment information, but uses a SubProcessor to management payments.

Non-Personal Information: The Data Processor collects an stores information like: region, time zone, referrer og operational system in order to optimize user experience and fix errors.

User Behavior: The Data Processor collects and stores IP-adresses of the Data Controller when using the Platform. Furthermore the Data Processor might monitor The Data Controller’s behavior when using the Platform in order to optimize user friendliness, support customers, make communication more relevant and secure better solutions that are suited to the specific needs of the Data Controller.

The Content: The Data Processor stores legal documents created or uploaded by the Data Controller which might include personal information. The Data Processor strongly recommends that the data controller do not contain any sensitive personal information in these documents (cf. Article 9 in the General Data Protection Regulation).

That the Data Controller is able to use the digital contract management platform that the Data Processor offers.

The Data Controller and everyone who receives contracts or drafts from the Data Controller. For example employees, suppliers, lawyers or accountants.

That the Data Processor stores user information, user behavior, contract content and personal information on The Data Controllers in order to make The Platform available to the Data Controller.
