Processing shall not be time-limited and shall be performed until this Data Processing Agreement is terminated or cancelled by one of the Parties. Personal information could be stored in contracts, where the Data Controller is part, if the counter part wishes to use the Platform. The Data Processor deletes all personal information uder the Data Controller's instruction unless the Data Processor is obliged to keep it by EU- or Member State Law.
