Upon termination of the service related to the processing of personal data, Coignite must either delete or return the personal data in accordance with Clause 11.1 of the DPA, unless the data controller—after signing these provisions—modifies the original decision. Such changes must be documented and stored in written form, including electronically, as an appendix to these provisions.
