What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by Cloud IDE for Go language using Jupyter & Visual Studio Code. The sub-processor has or potentially will get access to personal data that Cloud IDE for Go language using Jupyter & Visual Studio Code processes on behalf of its customers.

A signed data processing agreement

Transfers of data out of Europe
