BetterUp offers leadership, development and performance coaching through a variety of behavioral techniques and methods on its mobile application and online platform (“BetterUp Platform”). At the start of your organization’s onboarding with BetterUp, your organization will determine which of your employees will be offered our Services. From there, your program administrators will send a list of participants to be registered with BetterUp, including general business contact information such as email and phone number. Once your employees register with BetterUp and establish their independent account with our Platform, all data collected through or generated by the individual User’s engagement in the Platform from that point forward would be considered “User Data” within BetterUp’s system.
