Atlar

Atlar has developed and owns existing technology, know-how and algorithms that enables companies to connect to their own bank accounts in order to make payments, read their bank data and handle incoming payments, without needing to build integrations to the bank themselves, embodied in a software package designated by the parties as the “Atlar Software” (as defined below). The Atlar Software is made available to customers through a cloud-based platform provided by Atlar designated as the “SaaS-Solution” (as defined below). On the terms set forth in this Agreement Atlar has agreed to make available the SaaS-Solution to the Customer.
