A sub-processor is a third-party data processor engaged by ASX2 – Support on Demand. The sub-processor has or potentially will get access to personal data that ASX2 – Support on Demand processes on behalf of its customers.

You need to have a signed contract in place that commits ASX2 – Support on Demand to only use sub-processors with your permission.
