Aerospike provides a database software package that the Customer implements behind their firewall. The Aersopike employees or contractors do not have access to the Customers' environment or data where the Aerospike database is implemented or the Customer's customers’ data. Aerospike only has contact information of Customer individuals who discussed database software with Aerospike during the procurement process, technical individuals who reach out to Aerospike for database questions and Customer invoices. On Aerospike's profile you can request and collect all the privacy and GDPR related information that Aerospike is providing.
